Policies

Cancellations must be made twenty-four hours before treatment to avoid charges. A 50% treatment fee will be charged for uncanceled appointments.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to treatment time. Treat- ments begun late will end at scheduled time.
You may choose to enter our spa using the front or back entrances.
Please turn cell phones to vibrate as a courtesy to our patients and staff.
We gladly accept walk-ins and will do our best to set up a treatment if scheduling is possible.
Prices of treatments are subject to change.
We accept cash, checks. Visa, MasterCard, and bank debit cards.
Gratuities are at the patients discretion in appreciation of outstanding services.
No cash refund on Gift Certificates.
